Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat together milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined (a few lumps are okay).
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the pan.
- Cook until the surface of the pancakes have bubbled and the edges are slightly dry, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with butter and syrup, or toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
